Nobody was more impressed with their audition than host Tyra Banks. She ran down to hit the Golden Buzzer which sent Zurcaroh straight to the Quarterfinals. It was no surprise when they were voted into the Semifinals.
Zurcaroh made it all the way to The Finals where they pulled off one of the most dangerous routines ever on the ‘AGT’ stage. The performance had a message about finding peace in the world. It was the perfect combination of dancing and never-before-seen stunts. Heidi Klum called this performance “jaw-dropping.” They were named the runners up of the competition behind winner Shin Lim.
Where Are They Now?
Since appearing on the show, Zurcaroh has traveled all over the world doing shows. Founder Peterson da Cruz Hora was inspired after seeing a video of teenagers in Uganda practicing swinging exercises. He decided to fly there in 2018 to support them and offer his training expertise.
