C'est ce que révèle la troisième édition du baromètre des ressources humaines de la fonction publique territoriale initié par les associations d'élus locaux (Association des maires de France, Assemblée des départements de France, Régions de France), en partenariat avec la Fédération nationale des centres de gestion (FNCDG) et le Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT).
